New Family Member of H2O Charters: Yeti

yetiWell folks last week the cold weather has snapped for a few days. The shelf ice was slowly melting and the fish were little more energetic. The streamer bite has been just okay lately. If you are into the stripping streamers game, yellow and rust brown colors that get down deep are working the best. If you are thinking about swinging some streamers, intruders and scuplin patterns have been the go to flies. The best techniques that are going these days are dead drifting eggs and nymphs under an indicator or drifting them with a chuck-and-duck rig.(Which seems to be the most effective way in the “Dead of Winter”) The past couple of days it seems that bigger size eggs have been working a little better along with small stones and caddis.
